Luo Huanmin, Doctor of Medicine, Professor, doctoral supervisor, postdoctoral co-supervisor, Guangdong Province "South Guangdong Outstanding Teacher"。He graduated from the Medical Department of Jiangxi Medical College in 1983，He received his PhD from Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences in 1996，He has served as a member of the Guiding Committee for the teaching of Basic Medicine in colleges and universities of the Ministry of Education, a member of the Chinese Pharmacological Society, a vice chairman of the Guangdong Pharmacological Society, a vice chairman of the Guangdong Neuroscience Society, and a co-director of the Brain Function and Health Joint Laboratory of Jinan University and the University of Hong Kong。From 2001 to 2006, he was the founding dean and Party secretary of the School of Pharmacy of Jinan University; from 2007 to 2016, he was the executive Dean of the School of Medicine of Jinan University。He is currently the Dean of Yunkang Medical and Health College of Guangzhou Nanfang University。

Professor Luo Huanmin's main research areas are neuropsychopharmacology and brain science.His research interests include brain aging and the pathogenesis and intervention of Alzheimer's disease。He has presided over dozens of national 863 projects, national 973 sub-projects, National Natural Science Foundation projects, etc.Obtained 11 national invention patents;He has published more than 170 academic papers at home and abroad.Editor-in-chief or co-editor of 6 books;It has trained nearly 70 masters, doctors and postdocs，He won the Science and Technology Award of Guangdong Province，Won the first prize of Jinan University teaching achievement twice，Awarded as excellent instructor of the National Innovative Experimental Plan for college students。
